GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- Wide receiver Greg Jennings enters the 2012 season uncertain about his long-term future in Green Bay.
Jennings' contract is up at the end of the season, and he acknowledges the possibility that he could be playing somewhere else this time next year.
But with the Packers preparing to face the San Francisco 49ers in Sunday's season opener at Lambeau Field, Jennings insisted his contract situation won't become a distraction.
Jennings says, "If I'm here, I would love to be here. If I'm not, it is what it is. At the end of the day I'm going to play football, I'm going to play 100 percent every single snap."
Jennings is one of several high-profile players the Packers' front office will have to address in the foreseeable future.
