Blue Ribbon honor goes to two area grade schools

Students and teachers at two area schools have been recognized for their high marks.

Nasonville in the Marshfield District and Kennedy School in Junction City (Stevens Point District) were named Blue Ribbon schools.

They showed exemplary scores in math and reading.

The principal and a teacher from each school are invited to a national ceremony in Washington, DC on November  12-13.

Nasonville and Kennedy are two of eight grade schools across Wisconsin that will be recognized.
