A plea hearing has been scheduled for a man police say
robbed a Walgreens pharmacy in Marshfield in June, where he stole drugs and
money. Officials say he then ran into a nearby auto shop, where he eventually
gave himself up.
31-year-old Dustin Fritz is facing two charges in federal
court of robbery involving controlled substances and the use of a firearm to
further a crime of violence.
Authorities say federal charges were necessary because of
the value of the drugs.
Back in July, Fritz had pleaded not guilty. He was scheduled
to head to trial early next week, but now a plea hearing has been set for Oct.
