Highway 66 is re-opened after a summer long construction project. The road connects Wisconsin Rapids to Stevens Point.
It was closed since June as crews replaced four bridges.
Department of Transportation officials say rumble strips were also installed in the center line. They say the strips will help reduce crashes.
The project cost $5.1 million dollars.
An iconic childhood staple for many is celebrating a birthday Wednesday.
