At number five, a regional game on the pitch between Chippewa falls and Rhinelander...this play in the second half has Tyler Anderson finding Devin Bathke in front of the goal. On to number four, a Cloverwood football match up with Owen-Withee hosting Athens on Friday night It's the end of the third quarter with Owen-Withee leading by a touchdown when Tommy Schuh takes an inside handoff around the Athens secondary and into the open field for a whopping 70 yard touchdown that would make it 20-7. The Blackhawks would win this week 8 game 22-7.

This top play train keeps on chugging at number three. Marathon hosting Chequamegon on Friday, third quarter action here, Chequamegon's Jordan Armstrong lets the football fly but check out marathon's Jaron Olson bobbling the football and hauling in the nifty interception. The takeaway would lead to a Red Raider touchdown as Marathon got the win in shut out fashion 29-0.

More defense checking in at number two. It was senior night at Greenwood-Granton. In the 2nd quarter, Gilman trailing the Indians 22-7 when the screen pass is intercepted by Booker Bredlau who jumps the route and is off and running. Booker never looks back and completes the incredible defensive play with a touchdown. The pick six would help Greenwood-Granton defeat Gilman 46-15.

And finally, the top play of the week takes us to Marshfield on Friday night with undefeated SPASH in town. Late in the first quarter Keiron Howlett turns the simple inside run play into the top play of the week. Look at him just slip past would be tacklers and then the sensational jumping spin move to avoid the last Stevens Point defender and Howlett is off to the races on his way to the end zone giving the Tigers a 10-6 lead at that point. Marshfield would end up knocking off SPASH, giving them their first loss of the season.
