Marshfield HS burglary suspects reach plea deal

Posted:
MARSHFIELD (WAOW) -

Two men police say broke-into Marshfield High School back in May have reached plea deals. Officials say 24-year-old James Walley and 24-year-old Stephen Moore broke in through a window -- and walked around the halls.

In Wood County court, both were charged with felony burglaries. Both of those charges were amended to misdemeanors.

Walley was sentenced to three years probation. Moore was sentenced to two years probation. If Moore violates that probation, the Wood County clerk of courts says he would serve six months in jail.

Walley also had misdemeanor charges of possession of THC and paraphernalia.

Both were ordered to pay court costs as well.
