Olympic champion Gabby Douglas is in the spotlight again. This time, it is to promote her debut memoir Grace, Gold & Glory: My Leap of Faith.

We had the chance to talk with Gabby today about the journey to become a two-time Olympic medalist. Gabby says, " My family was instrumental in my success. They were there every step of the way, on the good days and bad."

As for the release of the new book, she says she hopes it provides motivation and inspiration for others, "I want them to know that they can achieve success, no matter what their background, if  they have money or not and no matter what their racial background is."

She says that she is looking forward to continuing competing in gymnastics. She says she plans to work hard, so she can make the team and represent the U.S. in the next  Olympic competition.

We will be looking forward to seeing her, too!
