A Marshfield
man has been sentenced after police say he stole drugs from a pharmacy.
Dustin Fritz, 31, will spend the next ten years behind bars.
He
pleaded guilty to a robbery that took place at a Marshfield
pharmacy in June.
He faced two charges in federal court, robbery involving
controlled substances and the use of a firearm to further a crime of violence.
Court officials say Fritz previously pleaded not guilty but later
changed his plea.
After he's released, Fritz will serve three years of
supervised release as well.
