Packers beat Bears 21-13, clinch NFC North

In the NFL's oldest and most fierce rivalry, the Packers prevail 21-13 to clinch the NFC North Division title for the second consecutive year.

Aaron Rodgers connected with James Jones for all three of Green Bay's touchdowns, as Rodgers completed 23 of 36 passes for 291 passing yards.

James Jones had a career day in the victory. Jones racked up 60 receiving yards on only five catches, but three of them were for scores.

But James Jones wasn't Rodgers' only target at Soldier Field. Randall Cobb caught six passes for a game high 115 receiving yards. Jermichael Finley had 61 yards on five catches, while Greg Jennings tallied 50 yards.

Clay Matthews sacked Jay Cutler twice as a part of a six tackle performance in his first game back from the hamstring injury.
