Not everybody got Christmas day off.
Wausau firefighters spent their Christmas at the station working. We talked with some of them who say working the holidays is normal in their line of work.
"The special thing we do with ourselves usually we cook a big meal all stations will do that, they'll have a traditional Christmas meal so we share a little of the comradeship, families will stop by, visit, and we're here to run calls if needed," said Wausau Fire Department Lt. Allan Antolik.
Officials say they did receive some tasty treats from people in the area.
