MOSINEE (WAOW) - Wausau Paper said that a $110 million deal to sell its mills in Rhinelander and Mosinee to a New York private equity firm was signed Monday. The mills and their specialty paper business will became part of a new company called Expera Specialty Solutions under the deal with KPS Capital Partners, said Hank Newell, president and CEO of Wausau Paper. MADISON (WAOW) - Governor Scott Walker appointed Sgt. Grady Hartman as Oneida County Sheriff, Tuesday.

According to a press release from Governor Walker, Hartman has worked in the Oneida County Sheriff's Department since 1999.

He worked as a patrol officer for five years before becoming patrol sergeant at the Oneida County Sheriff's Department, according to the release. He also serves as the SWAT Team Leader.

Hartman also is a town supervisor for the Town of Crescent and a school board member for the Rhinelander School District.
