120 employees affected by Lifenet closure

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (AP) -- The state has been notified that Lifenet plans to close its Eau Claire office, idling 120 employees.

The in-home care company plans to close by the end of March.

Lifenet also has an office in Schofield. Company officials say that branch will not be affected.

A company official told Newsline 9 the Medford office closed last year.  One part-time employee worked there.
