$40,000 lottery ticket sold in Marshfield

MARSHFIELD (WAOW) - A $40,000 Powerball ticket was sold in Marshfield Wednesday.

Baltus Self-Serve Mart on Central Avenue sold the ticket.

Another $40,000 ticket was sold in Milwaukee and a $10,000 ticket was sold in Kenosha.

The Marshfield and Milwaukee tickets would have been worth $10,000 but the according to the Wisconsin Department of Revenue, players purchased Powerball's Power Play prize multiplier feature.

 Wednesday night's winning Powerball numbers were 11, 12, 24, 43 and 45 with a Powerball of 09.
