Winter weather and salt can take a toll on your car

All the snow we've seen has also put plenty of salt on the roads and on our cars.

Car experts said all that salt can really do some damage.

Over a matter of time, salt can easily eat away at a car's body and paint.

Experts said it's important to make sure you wash the undercarriage of your car.

"Wash your vehicle, rust-proof it, if you have a heated garage, it's even more important that you wash it because the salt, when it actually gets warmed up, it actually attacks the body more than if it was cold," said BRB Auto Body Co-owner, Bill Yach.
