A Marathon County man will spend time behind bars in connection with a 2011 robbery. Court records show 22-year-old Jacob Juedes was convicted of Robbery with the Threat of Force at a Hardee's in Wausau.
Monday, Juedes reached a plea deal with the state, dropping all but the one count.
As part of his sentence, Juedes will serve nine months in the Marathon County Jail followed by 10 years of probation when he is released. The judge also ordered Juedes to pay restitution to the restaurant.
