Eau Claire Memorial takes home hardware

MADISON (WAOW) - The Eau Claire Memorial Old Abes are the 2013 WIAA State Boys Hockey champions.

The Old Abes took on the Verona Wildcats Saturday afternoon in Madison. Eau Claire Memorial toppled Verona 6-1.

It was Eau Claire Memorial's fourth straight trip to state. In the last three trips, the Old Abes season has ended before the state championship game.
