Deliberations have ended for the day in the Ohio murder case of a self-styled street preacher accused of killing three men he lured with phony Craigslist job offers.
Jurors in Akron got the case Monday afternoon and worked into the evening at the judge's suggestion. They resume Tuesday. They will be sequestered in a hotel nightly until they reach a verdict.
The defense for Richard Beasley attacked the prosecution's identity theft and robbery motives as baseless. But the prosecution calls Beasley the mastermind of the plot.
