Powerball Jackpot hits $260 million

There are 260 million reasons to play the lottery on Wednesday.

The Powerball Jackpot has hit that much money. The lottery game has been growing since February. It's not the fourth largest prize ever. Employees at Townline Market in Wausau say at that number rises, so do sales.

"When people come in we just chat about their hopes and dreams, you know, if you win that lottery, you think of all the things you could do. So, it's always, a good thing. Just a two dollar chance to be a millionaire," Kathy Wistrom, a cashier at Townline Market said.

Powerball reached its all-time high back in December when the jackpot grew to more than half a billion dollars.
