STEVENS POINT (WAOW) -
Seven burglaries have been
reported in Stevens Point in the last week. Police say it's happening in residential
neighborhoods on the northeast side of the city.
Officials say most of the
burglaries involve a suspect that forced their way into the home. Police say they've
also occurred during the day, between noon and five, when residents were not home.
Authorities say the suspect
has only taken cash so far. They say the burglar could be familiar with the area.
Anyone with any information
is asked to give the Stevens Point Police Department a call: (715) 346-1518.
