With first place finishes in multiple events, including the Four-Lap Relay and the Sprint Medley, Marshfield won the 2013 Tiger Relays by 10 points over Stratford. Athens placed third.
Athens' Mackenzie Conner, Mia Diedrich and Taylor Riehle won the 180-yard shuttle hurdle relay, where athletes take turns running down and hurdling over a 60-yard straightaway.
Olivia Tierney, Susan Omoba, Ashley Stenitzky and Martha Kupfer won the Four-Lap relay in a time of 1:23.68. Omoba and Kupfer also helped win the Sprint Medley relay, along with Sara Fuller and Ellie Kummer, in a time of 2:46.53.
Colby's sprint medley team of Megan Viergutz, Jessica Empey, Kenna Jensen and Casey Sprotte came from behind to defeat Auburndale to win their heat, placing third in the overall standings for the event. The Hornets' distance medley relay team, anchored by Amanda Kaiser, dominated the rest of the competition to win the event in a time of 12:05.77.
In the Quad Athlete event, Neillsville's Caitlynne Naughton tied with Stratford's Emily Hauke for first place. Quad athletes compete in the 60-yard dash, 440-yard run, long jump and shot put.
