There's a sight in Downtown Wausau that shows spring is "popping" after all.
Chip's Popcorn Wagon is back in business after a long winter.
The wagon is parked on the corner of 3rd and Scott Street.
Owner Chip winter says several popcorn-loving customers stopped by Tuesday for the opening.
"Although we've had abundant amount of snow this year, I was able to clean the corner off and everybody's waiting for spring so I thought I'd better get out here," said Winter.
"I've been anxious for them to get back, it's been a while since they closed up shop," said Wausau resident Travis Brock.
Chip expects the popcorn wagon to remain open until October 1st.
