Wis Supreme Court, superintendent elections near

Candidates for Wisconsin Supreme Court and state superintendent have one last day on the campaign trail before Tuesday's election.

Turnout is predicted to be about 20 percent in the election, which has the two statewide races on it and thousands of local races.

In the Supreme Court contest, incumbent Justice Pat Roggensack is vying for a second 10-year term on the court against Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone. This is Fallone's first run for office.

Tony Evers is trying for his second four-year term as secretary of the Department of Public Instruction. He faces Republican state Rep. Don Pridemore.

Both races are officially nonpartisan. The polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
