A country music upset in the Nielsen ratings

There's a change in the pecking order for country music's competing awards shows, at least for this television season.

The Nielsen company says that an estimated 15.5 million people saw the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday on CBS. That's believed to be the first time the ACM broadcast had a bigger audience than the more established Country Music Association awards. That show aired in November.

A much-anticipated pairing of George Strait with Garth Brooks helped draw a crowd Sunday.

ABC had a strong debut for the comedy "How to Live With Your Parents" last week. NBC's new drama "Hannibal" had a rougher start.
