Rock the 400 Block announces performers


Summer seems so far away. But when it finally arrives, it will Rock the 400 Block.

The concert event is back. This year's Rock the 400 Block will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Pink Floyd's album "Dark Side of the Moon". Pink Floyd tribute band Project Pink will perform with armed with a 20-foot projection screen, a virtual armada of lights and world-class sound production.

The concert will be held on Friday August 23 and is free to the public.

Doug Kroening & The Railers will take the stage at 6:00 p.m., and Project Pink at 8:45 p.m.
