New developments in timeline of missing Lincoln Co. woman

Lincoln County Sheriff's officials said 48-year-old Anita Bucki was reported missing last Friday evening.

Friday afternoon, Newsline Nine spoke with Bucki's close friend of eight years, Julie Zietlow about the case.

Zietlow said Bucki hadn't been living in her home in the Town of Corning for about two weeks.

She said Bucki lived with her son in Minnesota and most recently lived with Zietlow in Wausau.

Bucki's brother, Cliff Brown also tells Newsline Nine that Bucki had not been living at the home in Corning.

Zietlow said the last time she saw Bucki was the night before she went missing.

She said Bucki was packing up her belongings to move back to her Town of Corning home.

Zietlow said she hasn't heard from Bucki since.

The next day, Anita Bucki was reported missing by her husband, Mark Bucki, leading to an intense investigation.

Officials said she left all of her personal belongings behind.

Lincoln County authorities said they do not consider Mark Bucki a suspect in the case.

Friday, Lincoln County Sheriff's officials declined to comment on the investigation.
