UPDATE: Power restored to WPS customers in Rib Mountain


Power is back on for people in Rib Mountain.

According to Kelly Zagrzebski with Wisconsin Public Service, power was restored to more than 650 customers at 9:45 a.m. Monday.

Zagrzebski says the problem began with a blown lighnting arrestor around 8:30 a.m.


More than 650 people are currently without power in Rib Mountain.

According to Wisconsin Public Service officials, a blown fuse left customers in the dark starting at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Newsline 9 has a crew on the scene.
