NTC students hope to hit pay dirt when it comes to finding jobs

Students at NTC in Wausau took part in a workshop aimed at helping them hit pay dirt when it comes to finding jobs.

It focused on "soft skills" like writing a killer resume, acing an interview, dressing the part of  a potential hire and dining etiquette.

Students focused on being professional, yet making themselves stick out from the crowd.

They took part in  fashion show, with do's and don't's on what to wear and what not to do.

The audience was given cards with thumbs up or down to show their approval.

Organizer Suzi Mathias says this is the second time the event has been held at NTC.
