WAUSAU (WAOW) - A 19-year-old Weston man is to be sentenced in November after being convicted of sexually assaulting young boys under the age of 10.
In a plea bargain, Brandon McCloy pleaded guilty to three counts of repeated first-degree sexual assault of a child, according to online circuit court records. Two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child were dismissed.
During a court hearing Wednesday, Marathon County Circuit Judge Mike Moran set McCloy's sentencing for Nov. 25.
According to the criminal complaint, McCloy told investigators he wasn't trying to hurt the children and he wanted help.
