BOSTON (AP) -- A rousing rendition of "I'm Shipping Up to Boston" by the Celtic punk band Dropkick Murphys has wowed the crowd at a benefit concert for Boston Marathon bombing victims.

The band was introduced at the Boston Strong Concert at the TD Garden on Thursday night by former New England Patriots player Joe Andruzzi, who was watching the April 15 marathon when the bombs went off and helped victims at the scene.

Andruzzi says when he looked around that day he saw more people running to the attacked area than running away. He says, "That is truly Boston Strong."

Concert proceeds will go to One Fund Boston, the compensation fund established by Gov. Deval Patrick and Mayor Thomas Menino.

The attack near the marathon's finish line killed three people and injured hundreds more.
