The Marathon County Sheriff's Department is investigating a serious rollover crash that injured three teens at 10:00 p.m. Thursday.
Sheriff's officials say a 17-year-old boy was driving on County Highway M in the Town of Wien when he lost control of the car.
A sheriff's lieutenant tells us the driver was taken by medical helicopter to the hospital where he is in critical condition.
Authorities say two passengers in the car, an 18-year old Marshfield man and an 18-year-old Stratford woman, were also taken to the hospital and are in fair condition.
The lieutenant says speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the crash, and the driver was cited for causing injury while intoxicated.
Sheriff's officials say none of the teens was wearing a seat belt.
The Marathon County Sheriff's Department says its investigation into this crash continues.
