UPDATE: Fire causes $10,000 in damage at Arpin Dairy

The Arpin fire chief says a florescent light fixture caused the weekend fire that caused about $10,000 in damage at the old Arpin Dairy.

The fire started about 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the building's roof and walls.

The fire chief said Monday that investigators are still trying to determine whether bad wiring, water or a faulty light bulb may have sparked the fire.

The fire chief says the building is primarily used for storage.
