3 men arrested after Wood County firearm burglary investigation


Wood County authorities have arrested three men in connection to two burglaries, including one at an Arpin business.

According to a press release from the Wood County Sheriff, 27-year-old Tre Hiserman, 18-year-old Trentin Cwicklo, and 27-year-old Nicholas Leveque stole 14 firearms and thousands of dollars in other merchandise in the burglaries.

The men were arrested Wednesday night.

During a search of a rural Wood County home where one of the men was arrested, several items were seized. They include an ATV, a lawn tractor, electronics, cash, several ounces of marijuana, and unidentified prescription drugs.

According to the Sheriff's release, the men were involved in illegal firearms and narcotics trafficking.

The Marshfield Police Department and Wisconsin Police Department assisted the Wood County Sheriff's Department in the investigation.
