Walsh, Mallards blank Woodchucks, 2-0
The Wisconsin Woodchucks were defeated on Friday night as Greg Walsh would only surrender one hit for the Madison Mallards who won 2-0.
The win for tonight's game would be awarded to Mallards' starting pitcher Greg Walsh as he would give up just one hit in tonight's contest while striking out seven batters. It would Walsh's four victory of the season. The save would be awarded to Hunter may as he struck out two batters in the ninth as he now has totaled seven saves on the year.
The loss would be awarded to Austin Orewiler who drops to 0-5 on the season. Tough loss for Orewiler as he would pitch four innings giving up the only two runs scored in the game while striking out five batters.
