The Packers will reportedly sign former Eagles, Titans quarterback Vince Young to a one-year deal. ESPN's Josina Anderson first confirmed the signing on Twitter, citing a league source.
The news comes after the Packers canceled practice and media availability Monday. Young reportedly worked out for the Packers on Monday and impressed Packers coaches.
The 30-year-old QB played 50 games in the NFL but hasn't played in the league since 2011. Young was drafted by the Tennessee Titans as the third overall pick in 2006 and was a two-time Pro Bowl selection before the Bills cut him last August.
Young will compete for the back-up QB spot with Graham Harrell and B.J. Coleman.
