Catholic Charities has announced Deacon Bryan Hilts has joined Catholic Charities to help promote the agency's mission through our Immigration Department and Development Office.

Hilts took an early retirement from his position as a Captain with the Wausau Police Department.

Hilts joins Catholic Charities as Development Associate and Immigration Caseworker.

"I am excited to start a new challenge within Catholic Charities and look forward to working with the team to further educate and promote the work being done through the agency," said Hilts.

Deacon Richard Sage, Catholic Charities Executive Director said "Bryan's wealth of experience and knowledge of the Wausau Community has already made him a key addition to the Catholic Charities family."

Hilts will officially begin his new duties on September 3.
