Planters say bring plants inside when it's cold

As the cooler weather hits our area, you need to watch out for your plants. The owners of Garden Path Greenhouse in Wausau say frost can really hurt your garden.

They say when temperatures drop, frost forms on the leaves and the plant will eventually die.

"After the frost melts off you'll see that the leaves are discolored and they'll eventually turn black and be very wilted," said Mary Ruplinger, the owner of Garden Path Greenhouse.

There are certain plants that will stay alive throughout the winter, but owners of the greenhouse say the best choice is to take your plant's inside.
