Gov. Scott Walker's new book isn't exactly a tell-all.
In fact, it glosses over or just leaves out many pieces in the story related to Walker's successful drive to take power away from public unions and the subsequent recall battle.
"Unintimidated: A Governor's Story and a Nation's Challenge" will be released Nov. 19. The Associated Press obtained an early copy.
One thing Walker doesn't mention in the book is his 2010 campaign promise, repeated in the 2012 recall and since, to create 250,000 new private sector jobs over four years.
Walker also doesn't write about how six people, including three of his former aides, were convicted of criminal charges stemming from a probe that was ongoing and a key part of the recall election.
