Wausau school rewards good behavior

An elementary school rewarded students for their good behavior in a fun way.

Students at Lincoln Elementary in Wausau decorated scarecrows outside the school. Superheroes and cartoons were popular. Students even made a scarecrow of their teacher and Aaron Rodgers.

School leaders say this activity helps teach students the value of good behavior.

"If we want our students to be great productive citizens it's really important for us to model and practice and teach what we expect," said Julie Schell, the school principal.

Each month, he school rewards students for good behavior with a special activity.
