Winter wonderland comes to life in Marshfield

Some people in Wood County are already walking in a Winter Wonderland. The yearly event came to life in Marshfield Saturday.

This is the fourth weekend the Rotary Club has set up at the Wildwood Zoo. Organizers say more than 100 volunteers were there to help set-up, but there's still a lot of work to do. The volunteers certainly help make set-up easier.

"The different groups come in we have a lot of repeat volunteers that have been here year after year, so they know what they're doing and that helps it go a lot faster and with the group out here we're making good progress," said Ben Lee, the design build chairman.

Next weekend will be the last weekend volunteers will set up. The winter wonderland opens on Black Friday.
