Daulton Varsho has Division 1 baseball in his future. The Marshfield senior signed his letter of intent on Wednesday to play at UW-Milwaukee.
Varsho has been an All-Valley Conference selection in each of his first three years, and was named to the All-State first team last spring.
The catcher says he's looking forward to staying in Wisconsin.
"It's very fun to be able to play with a whole bunch of Wisconsin kids. Be able to win a lot, maybe. It's going to be fun having my parents come see me play all the time, and being able to get home is a very big priority. It's awesome. I can't say enough about it. I'm very excited to go play baseball at UW-Milwaukee. It's going to be very exciting. A little nervous but very exciting."
