Tomahawk police say 62-year-old man missing

TOMAHAWK (WAOW) – Tomahawk police are searching for a 62-year-old man who was last seen leaving a local tavern Nov. 19 and who recently sold most of his belongings, including a vehicle.

A check of Gregory Linn's apartment by friends discovered a note telling the landlord about a problem with a window and the key to the apartment nearby, Police Chief Al Elvins said Wednesday.

The apartment was almost empty, with very few belongings left in it,” Elvins said in a statement.

Linn, described as 6-foot-4 with gray hair and weighing 205 pounds, was reported missing Nov. 26, Elvins said.

Anyone with information about Linn's whereabouts is asked to call Tomahawk Police at 715-453-2121.
