Two men sent to prison for sex with minors

GREEN BAY (WAOW) – A man from Keshena and one from Neopit received federal prison sentences after pleading guilty to sexual abuse of a minor, U.S. Attorney James Santelle said Wednesday.

Marshall Tourtillott, 26, of Neopit was sentenced to three years in prison and five years of supervised release for pressuring a 15-year-old girl to drink alcohol and then having sex with her at a home on the Menominee Indian Reservation, the prosecutor said.

Anthony Bruette, 32, of Keshena was sentenced to two years and three months in prison and seven years of supervised release, Santelle said. Bruette was convicted of having a relationship with a 13-year-old girl and getting her pregnant at a home on the reservation, Santelle said.

The sentences were handed down Dec. 13.
