Crime Stoppers: Buck stolen in Portage County

PORTAGE COUNTY (WAOW) - Portage County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to identify the person or persons responsible for stealing a deer from a meat market in the township of Stockton.

On November 29, deputies were called to People's Meat Market at 6811 Burr Oak Road in the township of Stockton for report of a theft.

The owner stated that a customer had dropped of a large buck and when he arrived to pick up the deer, it was gone. The buck has ten points and has a seventeen inch spread. It also has fence wire wrapped in its right antler.

Sergeant Tony Babl from the Portage County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help.
