Crime stoppers: Retail theft at Shopko

MARATHON COUNTY (CRIMESTOPPERS) - Marathon County Crime Stoppers is asking for your help to identify a suspect in a retail theft at Shopko in the village of Rothschild.

Sheriff's officials say on September 22nd, a male suspect pushed a cart out the back doors of Shopko setting of the alarm. They say the suspect had filled the cart with about $545 worth of merchandise.

Authorities say most of the merchandise was recovered but that the suspect did make off with some of the items.

The suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a brown sweatshirt and jeans. Officials say he appeared to have shorter dark hair with reddish dye on the front area of his hair.
