UPDATE: Packers down 13-10 after 3rd quarter

GREEN BAY (WAOW) - The Packers defense showed the 49ers what it's made of in the third quarter. Both teams held each other scoreless – at the end of the third, the score still stands at 13-10.

Packers cornerback Sam Shields left the game in the first quarter with a knee injury. Packers defensive end Mike Neal also left with a knee injury. The return of both of them is questionable at this point.

The Packers got to the playoffs in thrilling fashion, after beating the Chicago Bears last week. The win secured the Pack with its third straight NFC North title.

Sunday's wild card game will also be a homecoming for Aaron Rodgers, as it will be his first game at Lambeau Field since breaking his collarbone against the Bears in week nine.

A win on Sunday would be the Packers first against the 49ers since Dec. 6, 2010.
