Bitter cold snap continues

Posted:

Wisconsinites continue to deal with the impacts of the Polar Vortex that blankets much of the country.

Schools remained closed Tuesday as did some businesses. Health experts continue to say it is best to stay out of the cold.

But that's not possible for some workers.

Farmers, emergency responders, postal workers and utility crews are just some of the people who must spend time outdoors.

They say the key is to dress in warm layers and take breaks.

The good news is forecasters say the weather should start improving Wednesday.
