Marathon Co. leaders talk cold, propane shortage

MARATHON COUNTY, Wis. (WAOW) -- Marathon County leaders say residents shouldn't be worried about the propane shortage, because resources are available to help.

The press conference was held in Wausau on Tuesday, after Governor Scott Walker declared a state of emergency for the state of Wisconsin.

Marathon County Sheriff's Department officials say they are making sure residents have a warm place to stay. They say people are ready and available for those who need help.
