MARSHFIELD (WAOW) -
Clint Nieman and his company have been coming to Marshfield Mall's annual Farm Show for 5 years.
"I really enjoy it," said Nieman.
His business, Frontier Servco FS, deals in all things farming. He says the show is helpful in shining a light on his company.
"We do some sales come off the show, but it's more about customer relations and just another contact with our customers. Let them know that we're apart of the community and look to serve them anyway we can.”
Mall representatives call it the best indoor farm show. A two day farming extravaganza, with 8,000 to 10,000 people expected to walk through the mall.
"It allows farmers from anywhere from 50 to maybe even up 100 miles away to come and see virtually everything that's available in the farm industry," said Terry Linduski, general manager of the Marshfield Mall.
This year, farmers can expect to find LED lights that can last up to 100,000 hours, the latest in seed corn and new equipment to repair farm buildings.
"There's just about everything that you could find that you need for doing a farm. So that's why its so popular because of the variety that we have," says Linduski.
For Clint Nieman, the show is a helpful tool.
"Its well organized and we see a lot of the same vendors that support it every year and our customers enjoy coming to it and supporting it."
