Big Bull Falls Blues Fest lineup announced

WAUSAU (WAOW) – A band featuring family members of the Allman Brothers and Neville Brothers bands and a 14-year-old guitarist with connections to Grammy-winning artist Buddy Guy are booked for the 23rd annual Big Bull Falls Blues Fest in August.

The Royal Southern Brotherhood, featuring soul singer Cyril Neville and Devon Allman, the 39-year-old son of Gregg Alman, will headline the two-day show on Aug. 16, organizers announced.

Quinn Sullivan, the teenage singer and guitarist from New Bedford. Mass., who has performed with Guy, a blues legend from Chicago, is also in the lineup for Aug. 16.

The blues fest held at Fern Island, just blocks away from downtown Wausau, is a major fundraiser for Wausau Events Inc.

Friday, Aug. 15:

-Reverend Raven & the Chain Smokin' Altar Boys.
-The Jimmy's.

Saturday: Aug: 16:
-JW Jones.
-Quinn Sullivan.
-Candye Kane.
-John Nemeth
-The Royal Southern Brotherhood.

Ticket Prices are:
-Friday, $15.
-Saturday, $35.
-Two-day pass early-bird $30 (March 8 – April 8).
-Two-day pass advance $35 (April 9 – August 14)
-Two-day pass at gate $40 (Aug. 15 – Aug. 16)
