Driver in Wausau rollover arrested for OWI

WAUSAU (WAOW) - Wausau police responded to a rollover crash on First Avenue in Wausau on Wednesday night.

Wausau Police Lt. Mike Felder told Newsline 9 a man suspected of drunken driving crashed into a parked car in the 1200 block of North First Avenue.

Felder said the driver was heading northbound when he hit the back end of the parked car and then rolled over. The driver was the only person in the vehicle. No one was in the parked car, Felder said.

Police say no one was hurt. Both cars were towed.

The name of the driver has not been released, but Felder said he is a man in his 40s, from Wausau. He was arrested on suspicion of OWI, Felder said.
